• Sub-Threshold Orders: For small top-up orders below the threshold, freight is billed strictly at actual local transporter rates (typically ₹300 to ₹700 depending on distance) without any markup.

Vitrified ceramic sanitaryware (one-piece toilets, countertop art basins) and solid brass faucets require careful handling. We eliminate all customer risk:

• Protective Packaging: All ceramics are boxed in reinforced five-ply export corrugated cartons with internal molded foam cushioning and heavy wooden or plastic pallets.
• Zero-Risk Unloading Guarantee: When the delivery truck arrives at your site, you or your contractor inspect the package. In the rare event that a ceramic closet has suffered a hairline crack or a pipe is fractured:

7. Non-Returnable Items

To protect trade quality standards, the following items cannot be returned for refund:

• Pipes that have been cut into custom lengths on site.
• Fittings that have already been cemented with solvent or plastered into walls.
• Opened cans of solvent cement where the hermetic foil seal is broken.
• Special customized vanity units or custom-ordered color variants.
